Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) 2025 – 2026
Nathdwara Institute of Biotechnology & Management is a coeducational institution that provides equal opportunities to all, fostering a congenial atmosphere where men and women work together harmoniously. However, any complaints involving physical contact or advances, demands for sexual favors, sexually tainted remarks, or any unwelcome physical, verbal, or nonverbal expressions of a sexual nature are taken seriously and addressed promptly. The institution is dedicated to sensitizing students and staff to work diligently to prevent sexual harassment. Complaints of sexual harassment can be lodged with the designated Committee, which will initiate appropriate disciplinary action in accordance with the college’s rules and regulations.
Functions of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC):
1. Prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.
2. Prevent discrimination and sexual harassment against girls by promoting gender equality among students and employees.
3. Conduct periodic programs on women empowerment.
4. Provide a conducive and congenial environment for women.
The college has constructed an Internal Complaint Committee (ICC). The following staff will be the member of Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) for college as per section 4 of sexual harassment of women at work place (prevention, prohibition and redressal) act 2013.
